The Excellence Program

Do you excel in your field of expertise?

In 2023 the Excellence program was created as part of Stud Fund. The goal is to give students from Delft the opportunity to develop their extraordinary talents. With the Excellence program students can get a compensation for the costs they have to make for improving themselves in their field of expertise.

Where Stud Fund does not compensates for personal costs (traveling costs, entree fees, practice costs), the Excellence program does. For example, the first team of the Delftsche Studenten Rugby Club was promoted to the Major League. By playing on the Netherlands' highest level of rugby it was of great importance to avoid injuries and to recover faster from injuries. That's why the first cooperation with the Excellence program covered costs of physical therapy and alternative methods.
