The research team focuses on refining the understanding of the sources, transport and fate of ocean plastics. A key element of this work is mapping plastic input into the ocean via rivers. For this purpose, a novel global river model is being developed. As a working student, you will support this project by creating structured overviews of several river systems based on literature and datasets. Your contribution will support both academic outreach and internal decision-making within the organization.
