One of Stud's spearheads is to encourage student initiatives and ideas. At Stud, our aim is to give back the profits we make to our employees. We do this through sponsorship and Stud Fund. In doing so, we encourage students to come to us with good ideas when financial support is needed. Think of start-ups here, but also TU Delft's Dream Teams.
Moreover, the education of our employees is at the heart of everything we do at Stud. We provide access to training and lectures that help our employees reach their full potential. We even have an internal committee of Delft students who work every year to organise lectures relevant to Delft students: Stud Academy.
Planet
At Stud, we are actively committed to improving both our internal processes and addressing external environmental issues. For example, our electricity is supplied entirely green from the Luchterduinen wind farm.
In addition, we proudly support students who are committed to making our planet more sustainable. At Stud, we believe in the power of sustainable student initiatives and stand behind them through sponsorship.
