+ Providing first-line support to colleagues by answering IT questions and helping solve common issues
+ Monitoring and handling incoming support requests and escalating issues when needed
+ Preparing laptops and other equipment for new colleagues and helping with onboarding and offboarding
+ Keeping our IT asset inventory up to date and tracking hardware and licenses
+ Helping set up user accounts and access in our systems
+ Supporting the team with operational tasks such as documentation, follow-ups and process improvements
