Stud’s management consists of seven Delft students who run Stud with full commitment for a year. Each brings their own background, energy and ideas.

Together they keep the agency sharp, personal and moving. They have one thing in common: the drive to learn and make an impact – for Delft and for each other.

Alexander Lopes-Cardozo

General Affairs

Hi, I’m Alexander (21) and this year I’m General Affairs at Stud. I have just completed my bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics at TU Delft. I chose Stud with great enthusiasm because I think there are many opportunities in the connection between students and the technical job market. This year I am responsible for an environment in which everyone can perform their daily work well and with pleasure, but also for pursuing Stud’s mission and vision. I look forward to taking great steps in this.

Thijs van Rooijen

Financial affairs

My name is Thijs van Rooijen (21) and I am responsible for the Financial Affairs at Stud this year. After temporarily pausing my bachelor’s degree in Architecture, I wanted to do something completely different for a year and develop myself further alongside my studies. Within Stud I am involved in the financial overview and administration. I am also committed to Stud Fund. This year I hope to help Stud financially and gain more insight into everything that comes with running an organization.

Nina Wentges

Legal & Human Resources

My name is Nina, 21 years old, and this year I am responsible for Human Resources & Legal Affairs at Stud. After completing my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering, I consciously chose a board year to develop myself both on a business and personal level. Within my position, I contribute to processes such as legislative changes, process optimization and tenders. I look forward to learning more about everything that comes with this side of an organization and to continue to grow Stud as a company together with my fellow board members.

Joyce van Maanen

New Business Acquisition

I’m Joyce (21) and this year I’m NBA at Stud. I study Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft and after my bachelor’s I would like to follow a foreign master’s degree in Product Design. What appealed to me about Stud is the opportunity to develop myself professionally and to confidently engage with companies. Within Stud I am responsible for the first contact with new companies and therefore one of Stud’s business cards. My focus is on targeted acquisition, personal contact and building a strong network.

Customer Development & Retention

I’m Alexander, 22 years old, and this year I’m fulfilling the role of Customer Development & Retention at Stud. I study Mechanical Engineering at TU Delft, but am putting my studies on hold this year to focus full-time on Stud. I chose a board year to further develop myself personally and professionally. Within Stud I am involved in maintaining and further developing existing customer relationships. I hope to learn a lot about customer contact, cooperation and responsibility this year and to continue to grow Stud together with my board members.

Isabelle OTten

Relationship manager

My name is Isabelle Otten (23) and this year I will take over the role of relationship manager at Stud. Before this, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Architecture and the Built Environment and have now also completed the first year of the master’s degree in Construction Management and Engineering. This year I wanted to do something different and develop myself further in a different area. Within Stud I deal with our largest and longest-running clients, where my focus is on maintaining good relationships, strengthening collaborations and creating new opportunities for Stud.

Tilly Wanders

Marketing & Communication

I’m Tilly, 22 years old, and this year I’m responsible for Marketing & Communication at Stud. Last year I completed my bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering and after that I wanted to broaden my horizons and develop myself professionally before I start a master’s. The opportunity that Stud offers to participate in running an organization with little experience really appealed to me. This year I am fulfilling a new position and I focus on increasing the awareness of Stud among companies and students.
