These are the Board Members

Stud’s management consists of seven Delft students who run Stud with full commitment for a year. Each brings their own background, energy and ideas.

Together they keep the agency sharp, personal and moving. They have one thing in common: the drive to learn and make an impact – for Delft and for each other.

Nica van der stappen

General Affairs

My name is Nica van der Stappen (22) and this year I am General Manager at Stud. After my Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Technology, I was looking for a new challenge in business operations. Within my position, I get the opportunity to lead a professional organization, focusing on pursuing Stud’s vision: to help the Delft students develop.

Max goodheart

Financial Affairs

My name is Max Goedhart (23) and I am responsible for Financial Affairs at Stud. After completing my bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, I wanted to do something completely different for a year. I manage the financial overview, work on the automation of our systems, and maintain the ICT in the office. In this way, I help Stud grow financially and develop new skills.

Legal & HR

My name is Ole, 22 years old, and this year I am fulfilling the role of Human Resources & Legal Affairs at Stud. After my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, I consciously chose a board year to further develop myself in the field of business administration and to strengthen my soft skills. In my position, I contribute to processes such as legislative changes, process optimization and tenders. I look forward to working with my board members to further grow Stud.

Account Manager & Sales

My name is Jesse Brandsma (22) and this year I am active as Account Manager & Sales at Stud. With my studies in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management on hiatus, I seize the opportunity to discover full-time what it means to run a business. In my role, I am responsible for acquisition and the first point of contact for new relations. A challenge that inspires me to build sustainable partnerships and to continue to develop myself.

Relationship Manager & Sales

My name is Fréderique Bijman (21) and I am a relationship manager at Stud. After obtaining my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I chose a challenge that allows me to continue to develop myself both personally and professionally. Within Stud, I am responsible for maintaining our largest and longest-running client relationships, with the aim of further strengthening long-term partnerships.

Elmer Schenkels

Marketing & PR (Temporary Workers)

My name is Elmer (24) and I will start at Stud this year as an Account Manager, Marketing & PR to students. After a period of Applied Physics in Delft, I consciously chose a year to develop professionally and discover which direction I want to go in further. Stud offers the perfect opportunity for this: taking responsibility, direct contact with companies and students, and working on impactful projects. I look forward to taking great steps together with my team and allowing Stud to grow further!

Leonie Kamphuis

Marketing & PR

My name is Leonie Kamphuis (21) and this year I am responsible for account management, marketing & PR. Stud offers me the opportunity to take a look at the business world, while in my Public Administration studies I mainly focus on public administration. In this way, I develop new skills and help students find their ideal part-time job. In addition, I can use my creativity and give something back to the Delft students, with which we achieve social impact.
